Sketch Challenge

Brilliant challenge this week on the Blog 'Til You Drop Blog, Looby designed the sketch, and then this was my offering, Autumn on the Beach, after the holidaymakers have shifted out, look who moved in!!!

Just a quickie tonight, another of the photos from down the lake where I can quite happily spend hours poking about with a camera! I find dragonflies are a nuisance to photograph cos they don't sit still long enough, so it was nice to get one that hung around long enough to say cheese for me!

WOW!!!

Well here the photo of the lily as promised yesterday, I finally got round to uploading it!
Today I have been pottering about, doing nothing in particular all my good intentions are yet to materialise! Instead I popped down the lake as DH has gone fishing and forgot half his bait!! And I am so glad I did, I managed some amazing shots, I will upload them slowly over the next few days, so if you want to see them you'll have to come back!!! HEE HEE!!And there's plenty more where that came from and make sure you keep your eyes open as some of these are bound to make an appearance in my up and coming LO's! I am so glad I bought an extra photo ink cartridge the other day now!!

Well, I took a photo for today but its still on the camera downstairs and I can't be bothered to haul my lazy butt downstairs to get it!!! So imagine this instead, white lilies the size of plates with the most beautiful pink spots and stripes down the centre of each petal and those bright orange stamens and the smell is so intoxicating and after a while quite sickly!! And the best part of all is there are four of these beauties so far and probably and 25 buds!! Will upload tomorrow or sooner if I succumb to the need for something from the fridge before bed!!
I spent this evening making inchies for a swap on UKS and so far so good, they will probably be tomorrows photo if I get them finished, off blog-hopping now!

Looking Good!? LOL!

Well I have finally started to calm down, its amazing how much there is to see and learn, but its so exciting, here's the piccy I made DH take of me while I was enjoying the moment this morning (YEP in my pyjamas and not even brushed my hair! Embarrassing? Maybe! Do I care? Not in the least!!!) It was a moment I wanted to record and a feeling I wanted to remember so this will definately be getting onto a LO in the not too distant future!!!

OMG!! HOW CHUFFED AM I??!!! WooHoo!!!!!!

Well WooHoo doesn't quite cover it, I am prancing round the house in my PJ's!!! (Nearly broke my bl@@dy neck when I tripped over a pile of stash though - Ooops!!) I am on the Crop 'til You Drop Design Team!!!!! Off to check out the ILoveHotOffThePress Forum now!!! So exciting!!!
